Privacy policy

Effective 2026-10-13. This is the pre-launch policy for the website and waitlist. The policy for the Sam service will be published with the private alpha and reviewed by counsel.

What we collect on this site

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, your company name if you give it, the answer to where your team works, the time you submitted the form and the page you submitted it from. We use them to contact you about Sam and for nothing else. We do not sell or share them. They are stored in a private repository on GitHub and the form is served by Vercel, which both process the data on our behalf; email hello@hiresam.io to see or delete your entry.

Analytics

This site does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Your rights

Email privacy@hiresam.io to access, correct or delete your data. We respond within 30 days, sooner where law requires.
