How Sam-minutes work
A Sam-minute is one minute of Sam's computer and model time. The plan card shows the estimate before a task runs; the work log shows the actual afterwards. Compute beyond your allowance is billed at our cost plus 20%, and only up to the caps you set at the organization, team, Sam or job level.
Retries and failed runs are on us. If Sam has to redo a step, the log shows it and you are not billed for it.

Probation
Thirty days. Sam reports what it did, what it cost and what it saved. End probation unhappy and you get your money back. Annual plans get two months free. Nonprofits and education get 30% off.
